You can now customize the Asset Database to track information your operation needs for each attraction, game, or piece of equipment. Configure fields to track specifications and usage information with each asset for easy access.

Assets can also be added to tasks and recurring task templates. Linked assets appear in the task list, and you can filter by asset to quickly find its inspection, maintenance, or repair tasks. This gives teams the context they need when completing tasks and makes it easier to review the work associated with a specific asset.

We are proud to release v1.0.0 of Arbetso. This public release includes the following features:

User Database - Configure a database with custom fields to store information about your employees from department to t-shirt size.

Storage - Store files in Arbetso such as manuals, guides, and photos.

Forms - Create any number of custom forms for any on-demand reporting needs such as incident reporting.

Tasks - Create custom task procedures and use them to track completion of inspections, cleanings, and work orders. Define recurring task templates to control the timeline of when tasks should be created, due, and expired.

Dashboards - Create custom dashboards based on department, role, and more to ensure that each employee can see the information that they need to make important decisions at a glance.

System Log - Audit activity to see when actions were performed in the application and who performed them, allowing you to have concrete evidence in the case of an audit.

Attribute-Based Permissions - Configure permissions based on custom user attributes, giving your organization the flexibility to grant access to users for only what they need, whether it be based on role, department, certification, or more.

Automations - Configure automations based on custom user attributes, enabling Arbetso to automatically notify users in response to notable activity in the application.
