About Us

In 2024, while consulting for Spy Ninjas HQ, Mike Harmon realized that the sheer number of software applications required to manage the operations of the park resulted in unneeded complexity and cost.

Mike teamed up with Jerrett Feyereisen to create Arbetso. Having spent more than a decade building workforce management software together, they combined that experience with direct feedback from the operators of Spy Ninjas HQ to create an application that is robust, reliable, and affordable.

Using Arbetso, Spy Ninjas HQ was able to consolidate incident reporting and task management, allowing them to cancel multiple software subscriptions.

Now, our goal is to work with more family entertainment centers to further simplify their operations management so they can focus on providing a great experience to their customers.
